Carlos is the founder of Pathway Capital Advisors and has over 25 years of experience in Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. He is a licensed professional with a vast understanding of tax and legal strategies that can help maximize revenue growth. Carlos has worked with Fortune 100 industry leaders, including New York Life Insurance Co., Nestle, PepsiCo., and Phillip Morris. He earned dual bachelors of Humanities and Social Sciences while being a student-athlete at Utah State University. He holds FINRA Registered Representative 6 & 63 / NMLS, Life and Health Licenses, and is a Chartered Leadership Fellow CLF®.
Eva Melgarejo

Eva is a bilingual financial expert with over a decade of experience in home lending, real estate investing, and financial planning. She has helped more than 350 families achieve homeownership, even during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a licensed Loan Officer and Financial Consultant, she specializes in integrating real estate investments with retirement planning to build long-term financial security. Eva earned her BA in Communications from Cal State LA and her Master’s in Financial Planning from the American College of Finance. Recognized as a Top 1% Mortgage Originator, she combines lending expertise with sustainable wealth-building strategies. She serves on influential boards, including Latinos in Action California, the YPN Pacific West Association of Realtors, and as Vice Chair for the Long Beach Community Investment Company. A respected industry leader, Eva has been featured on Telemundo, Univision, and at major financial conferences such as LendIt FinTech USA, Next Mortgage Technology, NAHREP, and Women Lawyers of Long Beach.

Sergio holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a Doctor of Jurisprudence (Licensed Attorney). He is among the very few professionals in the United States who are simultaneously licensed to practice law and hold a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™️ certificate. Sergio is admitted to the State Bar of California and holds a Series 65 Investment Advisor license

Annel Delgado, is the founder Legal Services and a graduate of the Autonomous University of Baja California, Mexico (UABC), with a law degree and experience in consular law and international humanitarian law, from washington of law university, in washington dc. currently. She is an international office dedicated to representing the rights of transnationals living in the United States who need to resolve legal issues in their countries of origin. Annel worked for more than 10 years for the consulate general of Mexico in Los Angeles and at the consulate of Mexico in Santa Ana, CA, in the area of consular protection, serving the needs of the migrant community in the United States. She works with closely with lawyers throughout the Mexican Republic and lawyers from El Salvador, Guatemala, Colombia and Argentina to solve complex legal matters.

Jesse F. Moreno, CPA, is a dedicated and detail-oriented certified public accountant providing efficient, expert solutions to businesses and individuals. His primary services include accounting, taxation, and business consulting. Jesse gained his experience as an intern at Arthur Andersen LLP during his senior year in college and accepted the firm’s offer to start his career in the tax department. Jesse continued to work at Arthur Andersen until he passed the CPA exam in 2002. Jesse is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting degree from California State University, Long Beach
