Carlos is the founder of Pathway Capital Advisors and has over 25 years of experience in Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. He is a licensed professional with a vast understanding of tax and legal strategies that can help maximize revenue growth. Carlos has worked with Fortune 100 industry leaders, including New York Life Insurance Co., Nestle, PepsiCo., and Phillip Morris. He earned dual bachelors of Humanities and Social Sciences while being a student-athlete at Utah State University. He holds FINRA Registered Representative 6 & 63 / NMLS, Life and Health Licenses, and is a Chartered Leadership Fellow CLF®.
Eva Melgarejo

A Bi-Cultural and Bi-Lingual Professional, has over a decade of experience empowering multicultural communities. In the last three years, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Eva managed to help over 350 families improve their quality of life by helping these families qualify and secure their first mortgage loan and purchase their first home. To say that Eva is passionate about helping others bridge the wealth gap through homeowners is an understatement. Eva has served in several Business Community Chamber Boards and has recently been appointed by the Mayor of Long Beach, Robert Garcia, as a Director to the Commission of The Long Beach Community Investment Company leveraging her vast knowledge in lending to minority communities. Eva holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Cal State, Los Angeles and is currently pursuing her Master in Finance.

He applies his knowledge and experience in comprehensive and sophisticated financial, tax, business, and estate planning strategies for domestic and international high-net-worth entrepreneurs to protect, preserve, and grow their wealth. Sergio holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a Doctor of Jurisprudence (Licensed Attorney). He is among the very few professionals in the United States who are simultaneously licensed to practice law and hold a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™️ certificate. Sergio is admitted to the State Bar of California and holds a Series 65 Investment Advisor license

Founder
Annel Delgado, is the founder Legal Services and a graduate of the Autonomous University of Baja California, Mexico (UABC), with a law degree and experience in consular law and international humanitarian law, from washington of law university, in washington dc. currently. She is an international office dedicated to representing the rights of transnationals living in the United States who need to resolve legal issues in their countries of origin. Annel worked for more than 10 years for the consulate general of Mexico in Los Angeles and at the consulate of Mexico in Santa Ana, CA, in the area of consular protection, serving the needs of the migrant community in the United States. She works with closely with lawyers throughout the Mexican Republic and lawyers from El Salvador, Guatemala, Colombia and Argentina to solve complex legal matters.

Jesse F. Moreno, CPA, is a dedicated and detail-oriented certified public accountant providing efficient, expert solutions to businesses and individuals. His primary services include accounting, taxation, and business consulting. Jesse gained his experience as an intern at Arthur Andersen LLP during his senior year in college and accepted the firm’s offer to start his career in the tax department. Jesse continued to work at Arthur Andersen until he passed the CPA exam in 2002. Jesse is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting degree from California State University, Long Beach

As a Business Development Executive brings over 15 years of experience in Executive Compensation, Retirement Plans, Employee Benefits, and Insurance for Small Businesses. Sky provides access to small businesses, cutting edge, customizable Human Resource services (Payroll, as those available to larger firms. Sky is an Investment adviser registered under Pensionmark Financial Group, LLC (“Pensionmark”), and is a member FINRA, SIPC. A native Arizonan, Sky earned his Global Business degree at Arizona State University.
