He is a licensed professional with a vast understanding of tax and legal strategies that can help maximize revenue growth. Carlos has worked with Fortune 100 industry leaders, including New York Life Insurance Co., Nestle, PepsiCo., and Phillip Morris. He earned dual bachelors of Humanities and Social Sciences while being a student-athlete at Utah State University. He holds FINRA Registered Representative 6 & 63 / NMLS, Life and Health Licenses, and is a Chartered Leadership Fellow CLF®.

Jesse F. Moreno, CPA, is a licensed California Certified Public Accountant with expertise in accounting, taxation, and business consulting for individuals and businesses. He began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP, where he interned and later joined the tax department, earning his CPA in 2002. Jesse is a member of the AICPA and CalCPA and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Cal State Long Beach.

She serves on several boards and has been featured on Telemundo, Univision, and national financial conferences.

Founder of Elite Insurance, with over 15 years in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry experience, I specialize in helping entrepreneurs secure tailored coverage to protect their businesses. Annel Delgado is the founder of Legal Services and a law graduate from the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC). With advanced training in consular and international humanitarian law from Washington College of Law in D.C., she advocates for transnationals in the U.S. needing legal help in their home countries. Annel spent over a decade in consular protection at the Mexican Consulates in Los Angeles and Santa Ana. She now collaborates with attorneys across Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, Colombia, and Argentina to resolve complex cross-border legal cases.
